At Tozando, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
